Driver Details
-Venue-
Doors open at 07:30, Practice starts at 08:00
-Pitting-
Please ensure you share a 6ft table between 2 people, space is tight otherwise.
Ensure all extension leads are fully unwound before being plugged in.
-Trackside Shop-
Ti22 will be present as they are on club days, if you need anything in advance contact them via facebook or their website so they can help you with anything you may need.
-Food-
Food is available from the Cafe upstairs via reception.
-Additive-
Will be handed out and signed out to drivers at the start of the day, we would appreciate all bottles being returned at the end of the event.
-Marshalling-
Once you have raced, place your car on the table by the rostrum then proceed out to marshall, Unless you are car 1, you can head over to scrutineering to assist the following heat.
-Scrutineering-
Pre race scrutineering takes place before you enter the track perimeter around by race control.
-Format-
1 Round of 4 min Practice, we will also be looking at best 3 laps to move anyone that is obviously well out of position to another heat, we will not be moving people up a place or 2 within their set heats.
4 rounds of FTQ qualifying followed by 2 leg finals. Each final will be considered its own round score, for top 3 on the day best points tie break will be used, then fastest final time
-Timing-
We use RC Timing & broadcast to RC Results, All live timing can be found here RC-RESULTS
We will print out heat listings & final listings only, all results will be online.
-Media-
Video may be streamed to youtube live during the event, if you have any concerns please address them with us ahead of time. Audio such as music & commentary may also be used during the day, If the levels are too loud please let us know we will endeavour to have them properly balanced on the Saturday setup.
-Raffle-
Our sponsors provide raffle prizes, so a huge thankyou to them, these help us to run the series so you
