Registration from 8:30am and practice from 9.00am in the morning.
Practice will be controlled in heat order and timed @ 5 minutes each session.
Please book in at race control where you will be given your raffle ticket / opportunity to buy more raffle tickets, all donations will be given to Cancer Research.
7 heat schedule, 5 minute heats, 2mins 40seconds between heats, 15mins inbetween rounds, Best 2 Rounds to count
